Pricing
All prices listed by Blinder International are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable VAT and taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice. Products are subject to availability and may be sold out.
Payment
Blinder International accepts payment via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and bank transfer.
Payment will only be charged once the order has been shipped. All amounts are charged in USD (United States Dollars) including applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and discontinue products without prior notice.
Delivery
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (CET) are generally shipped within the coming 2 business days
We deliver worldwide using DHL and DHL Express depending on the destination country and region. Standard delivery time is typically between 3–5 business days from the date the order is placed.
Warranty & Claims
A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials.
Depending on the specific situation, products may be repaired, replaced, refunded, or partially reimbursed.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, incorrect handling, or unauthorized modifications.
Claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Blinder International will cover reasonable return shipping costs related to approved warranty claims.

Please note that we do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) shipments.
Refunds
If a refund is required, please provide your bank details, including account number and relevant banking information, to enable the transfer of the agreed refund amount.
Such information may safely be sent by e-mail or other electronic communication methods and will only be used for refund processing purposes.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers purchasing through our webshop are entitled to a 14-day full return policy.
The cancellation period begins from the day:
- You receive the order.
- You receive the final item in an order consisting of multiple deliveries.
- You receive the final part of a shipment delivered in several parts.
- You receive the first delivery in connection with recurring deliveries over a fixed period.
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Cancellation must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and the item must be returned within 14 days after notification of cancellation.

Refusing delivery without prior written notice does not constitute a valid cancellation.
Products Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal
The following product categories are exempt from the right of withdrawal:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Sealed goods unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons where the seal has been broken.
- Products that become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
- Products with broken security seals.
- Fully performed non-financial services where execution has begun with the customer’s prior consent.
- Digital content not delivered on a physical medium if delivery has begun with prior customer consent.
- Newspapers, magazines, and periodicals except subscription agreements.
- Goods purchased through public auctions.
- Products that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Returns
Products must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising the right of withdrawal.
Customers are responsible for direct return shipping costs and for ensuring that products are securely packaged during return shipment.
We recommend including a copy of the order confirmation as well as the completed return form to expedite processing.
The customer bears responsibility for the product from the time of delivery until the product has been received and inspected by Blinder International.
We do not accept COD shipments.
Condition of Returned Goods
Customers are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product.
In other words, products may be tested in the same manner as they would in a physical retail store.
If the product has been used beyond this extent, it will be considered used, and only partial or no refund may be issued depending on the product’s commercial value upon return.
Reimbursement
If you cancel your purchase, all payments received from you will be refunded, including standard delivery costs.
Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping method than our standard option are not refundable.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving notification of your cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or proof of return shipment has been provided.
Privacy Policy
To complete purchases and provide our services, we collect the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Telephone number
- E-mail address
- Purchase details
Personal information is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and handling inquiries related to purchases.
Processing of personal data is conducted in accordance with Blinder International’s Privacy Policy, which describes how information is handled, stored, deleted, and the rights of customers under applicable data protection regulations.
