Prices
All prices at Blinder International ApS are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and
applicable duties. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Reservations are
made for sold-out items.

Payment
Blinder International ApS accepts payment by VISA/Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard,
MobilePay, and bank transfer. Payment will only be charged once the goods have been
dispatched. All amounts are stated in DKK and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and for sold-out or discontinued items.

Delivery
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (CET) will normally be dispatched the same business day. Orders
placed after this time will be dispatched on the following business day.
We ship worldwide. Shipping prices start from DKK 35. Goods are delivered to the delivery address specified at the time of ordering.
We generally deliver products to all countries; however, it is the customer’s responsibility to
verify whether special customs or import regulations apply in the destination country.
Orders are shipped via DHL. In exceptional cases, shipments to Danish addresses may be sent via
PostNord if requested and stated in the order comments.
If no one is available to receive the package, it will be redirected to the nearest pickup location and you will be notified. In case of issues, please contact customer service.
Deliveries are made on weekdays. Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days from the date of
order.

Warranty / Right of Complaint
A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty
covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing.
Depending on the situation, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, refund, or a price reduction. The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect use or improper handling of the product.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. Blinder
International ApS will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds
In the event of a refund, please provide your bank registration number and account number so the agreed amount can be transferred. This information may be sent by email or other electronic
means and will only be used to process the refund

Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for items purchased from our webshop.
The withdrawal period starts from the day:
– You receive the goods.
– You receive the last item when multiple goods are ordered in one order but delivered separately.
– You receive the final batch or part when delivery consists of several lots or parts.
– You receive the first item in cases of regular delivery over a defined period.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and the goods must be returned within 14 days from the notification. Notification must be sent by email to sales@blinder.dk clearly stating your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal.

You may not exercise the right of withdrawal simply by refusing receipt of the goods without clear notification.

Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
– Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
– Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.
– Goods which by their nature are inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.
– Goods where security seals have been broken.
– Non-financial services fully performed with the consumer’s prior explicit consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases once the service is completed.
– Digital content not supplied on a physical medium once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior explicit consent and acknowledgment of loss of the right of withdrawal.
– Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals (excluding subscription agreements).
– Agreements concluded at public auctions.
– Goods which deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Returns
Returned goods must be sent without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising the right of withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Returned items must be properly packaged, and a copy of the order confirmation must be enclosed. Processing will be faster if you also complete and include the withdrawal form.
You bear the risk for the goods from delivery until we receive them. Cash-on-delivery shipments
are not accepted.

Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store. If the product has been installed on a
vehicle, the right of return is forfeited.
If the goods have been used beyond what is described above, they are considered used and you may receive only a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the commercial value at the time of return.

Refund of Payment
If you withdraw from the purchase, all payments received from you will be refunded, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other
than the least expensive standard delivery offered).
Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notification of your decision to withdraw. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of return.
